Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of VistaView Monterey Park Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.

Services Provided

VistaView Monterey Park Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and commercial concrete work. All services are subject to availability and our professional assessment of project feasibility.

We provide free quotes and consultations. The final scope of work, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in a written contract before any work begins.

Project Quotes and Contracts

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Prices may change based on material costs, project modifications, or site conditions discovered during the work.

Once you accept a quote, we will provide a detailed contract outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty information. Both parties must sign this contract before work begins.

You have the right to cancel the contract within three business days of signing without penalty.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary by project size and will be clearly outlined in your contract. Typical payment structure includes:

• Deposit required to schedule work and secure materials
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment due upon project completion and your approval

We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in project delays and additional fees as outlined in your contract.

Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeline provided in your contract. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

We will communicate any delays as soon as we become aware of them. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
• Obtain any necessary HOA approvals before work begins
• Ensure clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment
• Remove or protect any items that may be damaged during construction
• Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Communicate any concerns or changes to the project manager promptly

Warranty Information

We stand behind our work with a warranty that covers workmanship defects. The specific warranty period and coverage will be detailed in your contract.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground movement, tree roots, vehicle impacts, or other factors beyond our control.

To maintain your warranty, you must follow the care and maintenance instructions we provide upon project completion.

Liability and Insurance

VistaView Monterey Park Concrete is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our employees.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed, pre-existing damage to structures, or damage caused by acts of nature during or after construction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems to your satisfaction.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with California state law.
